At Hello - Ride, one of our main priorities and concerns is safety. Safety for both you our rider, and our drivers.

As a member of our community, no matter what age, gender, religion or race, we want to ensure you feel comfortable, and more importantly, feel safe and respected while using our service.

Our drivers have CCTV cameras installed in their vehicles and are recording your journey. You should always let family or friends know when you are using any type of public transport so they can check in on you.

We have a no discrimination policy and we respect our customers and their privacy.

We have a zero tolerance for Bullying, Harassment and abuse (physical or verbal) towards both our drivers and riders. We will provide a safe, respectful environment for your journey, we would appreciate the same from our riders.
